We wonder why those servers with copyrighted content stay up. I see a great deal of “don’t post any US content” but they don’t treatment at all about content from japan… Could it be just that Asia doesn’t caution much about their copyright laws?.. It is hundreds or maybe even a large number of servers with content from Japan but they only obtain DMCA alerts for US material or something which got converted by a US company… They also often have some content on the website, like images or small archives..
