I have been given a Dell computer from my sis. However , her former spouse set up his account on this computer (says he cannot remember the password), making himself the only administrator. Today, I cannot add any applications ( like iTunes), nor can I delete anything. How can I clear his passwords using this computer, and make personally the administrator? I was afraid which i shall need to delete almost everything, then begin again (ugh! ) That could mean buying new applications, installing them and so on. Any kind of ideas?.
