First off I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I’ve had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out. I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Kudos!

I am brand new to blogging however I do write in my journal daily. I’d like to start a blog so I will be able to share my own experience and views online. Please let me know if you have any recommendations or tips for brand new aspiring bloggers. Appreciate it!
